Q1.  IN WHAT WAYS DOES YOUR PRODUCT DEVELOP OR CHALLENGE FORMS AND CONVENTIONS OF REAL MEDIA PRODUCTS?

Firstly, when it came to choosing what genre music magazine I wanted to design I didn't have a clue. But then I thought about a few different music magazines I have read in the past, and I also asked my friends for help as they read music magazines often. I've read a couple of issues of NME, Top Of The Pops, XXL and Vibe along with a couple more. But my favourites from them all has to be NME and Vibe, the magazines overall intrigue me a lot more then the others due to their wide range of music genre and interesting content in which they display. They are both ever so similar and share many similarities. One of which they both have a wider target audience, to suit millions of peoples likes and dislikes as well as their individual personalities. Furthermore  I think the design and overall appearance of each magazine can vary but is always very attractive and appealing, although some front covers are more striking than others, and some people may say the can come across as dull dreary and dry.

Therefore, after researching more about different music magazines and what they have to offer I decided to follow the tracks of NME and Vibe when producing and developing my own magazine, however, slightly changing bits to make it my own style and portray diverse features within the content, yet along the same lines.
